Directions
  • First, cut the stale bread into slices and then into roughly equal bite-sized cubes. Then put them in a large salad bowl, add the water and white balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly. Then set aside and allow to soak.

  • In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly. Quarter the tomatoes, halve the cucumbers lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Peel the red onion, halve it and cut it into fine half rings.
