Directions
  • First bring a large pan of generously salted water to the boil.
  • In the meantime, heat a pan, add the cream and bring to the boil. Then add the grated parmesan, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Reduce the heat and simmer gently.
    250 ml liquid cream, 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Add the tortellini to the boiling water and cook for approx. 3 minutes. As soon as they rise to the surface, fish them out with a slotted spoon and drain directly into the cream sauce. Mix well and leave to infuse for a minute.

  • Finally, transfer in portions to deep plates using a soup ladle, sprinkle with more Parmesan as desired, season with a little pepper and serve immediately.
