  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and place in the bowl of the hand blender.
    400 g avocado
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and basil to the cup as well.
    20 g basil, 1 clove garlic, 100 ml olive oil extra virgin, 50 ml lemon juice
  • Gently blend on low speed with a hand blender until the pesto has reached a nice creamy consistency.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. The delicious pesto is ready!
