  • Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Cut off the top and carefully scoop out the inside with a spoon.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Separate the flesh from the peel with a spoon. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the cup of the hand blender along with the avocado. Blend everything thoroughly.
  • Peel and finely dice the onion and add to the avocado cream together with the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of dried ground hot pepper and mix gently.
  • Carefully spoon the finished cream into the tomatoes. Finally arrange on a nice serving platter, garnish with chopped chives if desired and serve fresh.
