Ciao! I’m Jessica, a half-Italian by birth with Calabrian roots, a passionate cook and proud mother of two. For over 15 years I have lived my passion in Italian gastronomy, not only perfecting countless traditional dishes, but also creating my own creative creations.

My culinary passion is closely linked to my family, which brings with it an impressive cooking tradition from Sicily, Puglia and Calabria. In this rich heritage, I have not only discovered the secrets of regional cuisines, but have also experienced the love and dedication to cooking across generations (from my nonna to my father to my brother-in-law). Not only did I learn the secrets of regional cuisine from them, but I also inherited their love and dedication to cooking. This diversity is reflected in my dishes, which are inspired by the flavors and techniques of these unique regions.

My cuisine is characterized by fresh, high-quality ingredients that not only enhance the taste but also the health of my guests. As a mother, I know how important it is to promote a balanced diet and to conjure up a tasty meal at the same time. That’s why my dishes are not only popular with the little bambini, but also with the big gourmets.

It is a great pleasure for me to share my love of Italian cuisine and my culinary experiences with you in this way. My aim is for you and your loved ones to be able to experience authentic Italian cuisine in all its diversity in the comfort of your own home.
