Info
The combination of the mild ricotta cheese and spicy tuna, the saltiness of the capers and anchovies ensures a balanced and full-bodied flavor. The fresh parsley gives the cream a touch of freshness and rounds off the flavor profile perfectly. The cream is ideal as a dip for vegetable sticks and crackers, as a spread and as a filling for stuffed tomatoes or avocado halves. Of course, you can also combine the tuna cream with your favorite pasta!
