Sugo alla marinara
A delicious sauce for pasta & pizza

- 600 g peeled tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- oregano to taste
- salt to taste

- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent.
- Deglaze with the peeled tomatoes and season with salt and oregano. Finally, simmer on low heat for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally during this process.
- The delicious sauce can now be served with any type of pasta, or used as a pizza sauce. Buon appetito!
