Ingredients list

  • 600 g peeled tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • oregano to taste
  • salt to taste

  • Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent.
  • Deglaze with the peeled tomatoes and season with salt and oregano. Finally, simmer on low heat for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally during this process.
  • The delicious sauce can now be served with any type of pasta, or used as a pizza sauce.
