Directions
  • Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.
  • Peel and finely dice the garlic. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  • Heat some olive oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes, add the sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook al dente according to package directions.
  • Add liquid cream to the tomato sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Then add the orange juice and the strips of ham and stir in the natural yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
  • Drain the finished tagliatelle in a sieve and then add to the sauce in the pan. Mix everything well.
  • Arrange on deep plates and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan, if desired.
