This super simple LowCarb recipe consists of delicious cream cheese and a handful of carefully selected ingredients that harmonize perfectly with each other. This creates an incredibly delicious Mediterranean spread with a smoky flavor. Let’s get to it…
Perfect as a spread and dip!

- 200 g smoked salmon
- 230 g cream cheese
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon peel grated
- 1 tbsp dill gehackt
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 50 g spring onions chopped
- 2 tbsp capers

Directions
- Put cream cheese, sour cream, grated lemon peel, dill, horseradish, paprika powder and pepper in the blender. Blend everything thoroughly.
- Now add the smoked salmon, spring onions and drained capers to the blender as well.
- Again, finely puree everything until the desired consistency is reached.
- Finally, transfer the spread into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
My tip
If you prefer to serve the salmon spread as a dip, simply double the amount of sour cream. This will make the consistency nice and creamy.
