Ingredients list

  • 320 g penne
  • 50 g green olives pitted
  • 50 g corn
  • 50 g peas
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g tomatoes
  • 50 g cucumbers
  • 1 stalk spring onions
  • 5 leaves basil
  • 5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste



  • First, bring a pot with plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package directions until al dente. Then drain them in a colander and let them drain. Then place in a large bowl, add the olive oil (prevents sticking), mix thoroughly and leave to cool.

  • Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cucumbers and cut them into small pieces.

  • Peel and coarsely dice the carrots. Clean the spring onion and cut into fine rings. Also cut the pitted olives into rings.
