Pasta salad with feta cheese

Directions
  • First, bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook the farfalle until al dente. Then drain, put in a large bowl and let cool briefly.
  • Wash and dry the radicchio and cut into strips. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, peel and slice the carrot. Drain and dice the feta. Wash and also dice the pears. Coarsely chop the walnuts and basil. Add everything to the pasta in the bowl.
  • Mix with white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything properly and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • To serve, transfer to small plates or salad bowls.
