Directions
  • Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente according to package directions.
    400 g spaghetti
  • Heat a frying pan with the oil of the sun dried tomatoes. Peel and chop the garlic. Chop the dried tomatoes. Then add both to the frying pan and fry lightly. Deglaze with a dash of pasta water and simmer for a few minutes.
    100 g dried tomatoes in oil, 2 tbsp oil of the dried tomatoes, 1 clove garlic
  • In the meantime, cut the feta into small cubes. Drain the spaghetti and then add to the frying pan together with the feta cubes. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
    200 g feta cheese
  • Finally, arrange everything on deep plates, garnish with chopped chives and serve hot.
