- 800Â g green beans
- 400 g peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 30 ml olive oil extra virgin
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

- Remove the ends from the beans, wash and dry them. Heat the olive oil in a large pot and saute the beans, stirring occasionally.
- Peel and finely slice the onion and carrots, add to the pot and sweat briefly. Then deglaze with the peeled tomatoes.
- Mix everything thoroughly and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally during this process.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.Buon appetito!
