Directions
  • First, soak the gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, wash the blueberries thoroughly and drain. Then put them in the container of the hand blender, add the lemon juice and blend to a fine puree. Then pass through a fine-mesh sieve and collect in a bowl below.

  • Now put the liquid cream and sugar in a saucepan, heat (but do not boil) and whisk.

  • Squeeze the gelatin and gradually add to the cream. Stir well until completely dissolved.

  • Then cool to room temperature, cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
