Ingredients list

  • 20 shrimps
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • wheat flour (pastry flour/type 405)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • ¼ lemon


  • First, clean the shrimp thoroughly and, if necessary, remove the black thread of intestine. Then turn them in the flour from all sides and line up five pieces on each skewer.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Now add the skewers and fry on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
  • Now deglaze with the white wine, drizzle a few squirts of the lemon over it and sprinkle with some chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss the skewers in the pan, remove from heat and let rest briefly so that all the flavors are absorbed by the shrimp.
  • The delicious shrimp skewers can now be served and enjoyed as an appetizer, side dish or main course.
