Panna cotta is an Italian dessert that is characterized by its creaminess and delicate consistency. The combination with fresh blueberries gives this dessert a refreshing touch.
First, soak the gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
6 g gelatin
Meanwhile, wash the blueberries thoroughly and drain. Then put them in the container of the hand blender, add the lemon juice and blend to a fine puree. Then pass through a fine-mesh sieve and collect in a bowl below.
140 g blueberries, 10 g lemon juice
Now put the liquid cream and sugar in a saucepan, heat (but do not boil) and whisk.
500 ml liquid cream, 100 g sugar
Squeeze the gelatin and gradually add to the cream. Stir well until completely dissolved.
Now add the blueberry puree, mix everything well and pour into dessert glasses.
Then cool to room temperature, cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
