Here comes another delicious vegetarian dish from our zucchini collection. Zucchini from the oven or also known as zucchini gratin. Even my Nonna loved this recipe because it's so easy to make and really works every time. It takes only 10 minutes to make. The oven does the rest for us.
Wash the zucchini and remove both ends. Then cut into equal slices of ½cm/⅕in.
600 g zucchini
Put everything in a bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil and line with plenty of breadcrumbs. Add the zucchini slices and spread evenly. Now sprinkle again with breadcrumbs.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Spread on the zucchini together with the grated parmesan. Finally, drizzle the entire surface with a little olive oil.
25 g parmesan cheese, 125 g mozzarella cheese
Now it goes into the oven for about 40 minutes until a nice golden brown crust is formed. Let cool briefly before serving.Buon appetito!
