Instructions
Peel and finely chop the
garlic
.
Heat the
olive oil
in a pan and sauté the
garlic
until translucent.
Deglaze with the
peeled tomatoes
and season with
salt
and
oregano
. Finally, simmer on low heat for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally during this process.
The delicious sauce can now be served with any type of pasta, or used as a pizza sauce.
